In my next life I will be an esthetician because I've fallen in love with the science behind how our faces age and the skincare that slows this process.
I love a quick routine, especially when I'm on the go with 2 kids in the morning or exhausted after a full day's worth of parenting.
MORNING ROUTINE
Splash my face with water and pat until damp
Apply Skinceuticals CE Ferulic to damp skin and let dry
- WHY I LOVE IT: brightens the skin, reduces fine lines and wrinkles and enhances protection from environment damage
Apply Elta MD SPF 46
- WHY I LOVE IT: lightweight moisturizer that contains zinc oxide (a powerful ingredient to protect against sun damage)
Apply Revision Skincare Intellishade SPF 45
- WHY I LOVE IT: the perfect tinted moisturizer that magically morphs to your skintone (hence, intellishade), blurs spots and gives you that "I'm ready look" without having to do much
* If I ever feel like my skin is a little more dry, I'll mix a little hyaluronic acid with my CE Ferulic.
NIGHT ROUTINE
Wash face with my NuSkin LumiSpa device and Cera Ve Moisturizing Cream or Revision Skincare Brightening Wash
- The LumiSpa is a GAME CHANGER in your skincare routine. If you take anything out of this, it's use a Lumi every. single. day. and apply SPF.
- Message me if you're interested in the Lumi and I can send you a link to purchase! I get a small commission. :)
Apply Skinceuticals CE Ferulic to damp skin and let dry
- Yes, your skin needs Vit C at night to help with cell turnover and brightening
Apply Skinceuticals HA Intensifier to damp skin and let dry
- A splurge, but my skin turned very dry after having my babies and this is the only thing that truly helps
Apply pea-sizsed amount of Tretinoin (dermatologist prescribed)
Apply Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion OR Skinceuticals Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2
* I exfoliate 2-3x a week and use thes products: Skinceuticals Microexfoliating Scrub
