Mix together berries, lemon & orange juice, syrup and cornstarch.
Thaw puff pastry (30 mins is perfect) and cut into 4 squares.
Add a couple spoonfuls of berry mixture onto pastry dough.
Leave enough room so that you can fold corners so the berry juices stay in the pastry.
Whisk an egg and brush the pastry dough with the egg wash.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until pastry dough is golden brown.
Top with ice cream, a drizzle of honey or even some chocolate (I’m not judging).
