Strawberry Yogurt Pie

TOTAL TIME:
2 hr 5 min
YIELD:
1 pie
Ingredients
  • 2-3, 5.3oz Two Good Strawberry Yogurt containers (single cups)
  • 1, 8oz container Cool Whip
  • 1, 9-inch Graham Cracker Crust
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt and 1/3 of Cool Whip. Stir until fully incorporated.
  2. Gently fold in the rest of the Cool Whip.
  3. Pour mix into the crust and distribute evenly.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
  5. Prior to serving, add and arrange fresh strawberries to the top of the pie.
  6. Slice and serve.
* NOTES

*You can use any yogurt flavor you'd like. I found that two single-serve cups gives a lighter flavor, but add another cup to give you more.

*You can freeze the pie if you'd like a more frozen dessert.

Overview

Valentine's Day is right around the corner and what perfect way to celebrate than with this beautiful (and ridiculously simple) pie?

Seriously, it's 3 ingredients. That's it.

It's light, refreshing and can be loved all spring and summer long.

I actually have a memory from 6th grade when my teacher brought in a yogurt pie for a few students. I remember thinking it was the best thing I'd ever tasted. Can't quite put my finger on what brought back this memory, but I'm so glad it did!

I hope you enjoy!
